I believe she left school & went to work, but she never worked after she had children. Jacquie thinks she had an office job, something to do with the war. Mum never had a job in my lifetime. She was very good at art & had a great love of gardening & wild life. She would far rather spend her time in the garden than on housework & cooking! She loved it if I cooked the Sunday dinner for her so she could garden instead! She used to do a lot of dressmaking & knitting too.

Hazel married Herbert Morton in Liverpool, UK. (Herbert Morton was born on 24 Jan 1921 and died on 27 May 2011.)
