Humphrey Parsons does come into the Starie Family as he was married to Hannah Starie eldest daughter of Josiah and Dorothea and sister to Margaret ( Bridgman). As far as I can tell the family estate was left to these two sisters and subsequently entailed to, John, the eldest son of Joseph Haydon Starie. As John seems to have been a fairly unpleasant charcter, described somewhere as a miser, and had no children the esttae was then left to John William Starie in 1928. He was the third, and oldest surviving son, of William S. and Mary Ann Dowdney Dicker. I think he sold the estate and never actually lived or worked the estate.

Mary married William Starie, son of Joseph Haydon Starie and Hester Gosden. (William Starie was born in 1849 and died in 1900.)
